3. Terms of installation, testing and training (If needed).

3.1 Buyer should pay for the double-way air tickets before two engineers depart for installation. The charge depends on How much is the air ticket.

3.2 Buyer should be responsible for the two engineers’ accommodation, food and local transportation during installation and testing of the machines.

3.3 Seller should be responsible for the buyer’s accommodation, food and local transportation from air port to factory, if buyer dispatch one engineer come here as training.

4. Warranty Period:

Guarantee : 1 year against production faults.

4.1 The Warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship and is granted by the Manufacturer for a period of twelve months from the date of signing Test Acceptance. Manufacturer will provide on-site service if required so during the warranty period the two engineers double-way-tickets, local accommodation and transportation fee are borne by the Buyer.

4.2 This machine has a one year guarantee for all repairs, but following condition excepted: improperly performed repairs, self-made modifications to the machine, catastrophe caused by an outside force or an act of God. If the buyer not in China, The buyer should be responsible for the two engineer’s double-way-tickets, local accommodation and transportation fee, even during the warranty period.

Payment:30% of the total amount to be paid as advance as an order confirmation 70% balance to be paid when the machine is ready for transport – before shipment.
